WHEREAS, the District has heretofore authorized Loretta
M. McKenna as Secretary-Treasurer to sign checks drawn on the
accounts of the District in the First National Bank in St. Louis,
and Loretta M. McKenna has tendered her resignation as Secretary-
Treasurer and said resignation has been accepted by the Board of
Trustees, and J. E. Clark has been appointed Secretary-Treasurer
in her lieu and stead,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE DISTRICT that the authorization to sign checks heretofore
given Miss McKenna be and the same is hereby revoked, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that J. E. Clark is hereby
authorized to sign checks on the accounts of the District in the
First National Bank in St. Louis, and is further authorized to
make out and furnish to said bank proper signature cards; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution,
certified by the Secretary-Treasurer under the seal of the
District, be furnished to the First National Bank in St. Louis as
evidence of this action of the Board of Trustees.
The above Resolution was adopted November 1, 1954.
