WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 4 of the Board of Trustees,
Procedure for Applicants Where Trunk Sewers are not Presently
Available was provided, and
WHEREAS it has been found that such procedure requires
revision, and the Board has agreed to certain revisions thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the revised
statement of policy with regard to deposits for the future
construction of trunk sewers attached hereto, together with the
forms of agreement incorporated therein, be adopted as expressing
the policy of the District in all future transactions falling
within their terms.
The above Resolution was adopted November 8, 1954.
