WHEREAS, the District has at present no separate
Payroll Account, and for convenience in accounting, it is
advisable to establish such an account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the officers of
the District be, and they are hereby authorized, to establish a
separate Payroll Account in the First National Bank in St. Louis,
said bank having been selected as a depository of the District,
and that the officers of the District be further authorized from
time to time to deposit such funds as may be necessary to meet the
payrolls of the District in such Payroll Account.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all checks drawn upon such
Payroll Account shall be signed by the Executive Director or the
Director of Finance, and countersigned by the Secretary-Treasurer.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted September 6, 1955.
