Home My Public Portal AboutR0032 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 32 WHEREAS, Resolutions have been promulgated creating some several Special Benefit Subdistricts for the construction of sewers, but a system of numbering said subdistricts has not heretofore been adopted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 1. That the Special Benefit Subdistrict in the area described in Resolution Number 22, which repealed Resolution Number 13 and reenacted the same subject matter, shall be known as Special Benefit Subdistrict Number One (Vinita Park); 2. That the Special Benefit Subdistrict in the area described in Resolution Number 21 shall be known as Special Benefit Subdistrict Number Two (Glenmary); 3. That the Special Benefit Subdistrict in the area described in Resolution Number 23 shall be known as Special Benefit Subdistrict Number Three (Richmond Heights Stormwater Sewer); 4. That the Special Benefit Subdistrict in the area described in Resolution Number 24 shall be known as Special Benefit Subdistrict Number Four (Richmond Heights Sanitary Sewer); 5. That the Special Benefit Subdistrict in the area described in Resolution Number 28 shall be known as Special Benefit Subdistrict Number Five (Olivette); 6. That the Special Benefit Subdistrict in the area described in Resolution Number 30 shall be known as Special Benefit Subdistrict Number Six (Washington Park). The foregoing Resolution was adopted October 10, 1955.
