HomeMy Public PortalAboutR0055 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 55 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 50, the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District declared the necessity of an improvement to be made in the Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and by Resolution No. 51 said Board directed the publication of notice of public hearing to be held upon such improvement and said notices were published in the St. Louis Post Dispatch, March 21, 1956 and March 30, 1956, in Shoppers News, St. Ann, Missouri, on March 28, 1956 and April 4, 1956, in the Florissant Valley Reporter, on March 29, 1956 and April 5, 1956, in the Public News of Berkeley, on March 28 and April 4, 1956, as more fully appears by the affidavits of the respective publishers filed with the District, and the public meeting was held pursuant thereto; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that pursuant to the aforesaid hearing, it is hereby found and declared to be in the public interest that such improvement, consisting of a sanitary trunk sewer extending from a point near the intersection of Coldwater Creek and New Halls Ferry Road to an existing public sewer near Coldwater Creek and approximately two thousand two hundred (2,200) feet south of Natural Bridge Avenue, together with a sewage treatment facility at its lower terminus, be made. The foregoing Resolution was adopted April 16, 1956.
