WHEREAS, Resolutions No. 12, 31, 40 and 41 of the
District all relate to methods of signing checks drawn on accounts
of the District; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to have a uniform method of
signing checks on the several accounts of the District and
withdrawing funds and transferring funds from one account to
another account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that all checks drawn on
any of the accounts of the District shall, from and after the
adoption of this Resolution, be signed by the Secretary-Treasurer
only, either manually or by means of a check signing machine.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted May 21, 1956.
