WHEREAS, the Executive Director has prepared and
submitted to the Board a recommendation as to the stormwater
policy which should be adopted by the District, and the Board has
examined said statement of policy and found it to be proper for
the purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the statement of
stormwater policy attached hereto and made a part hereof is and
hereafter shall be the policy of the District.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted May 21, 1956.
