WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Trustees of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District that all contracts for
engineering be let upon a uniform fee basis.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in the employment
of consulting engineers by the District all contracts for
engineering services shall be made upon the basis of the schedule
of minimum fees adopted by the Missouri Society of Professional
Engineers.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted June 4, 1956.
