WHEREAS, by Section 7.020 of the Plan it is made the
duty of the Board to provide for the performance of the duties of
the Secretary-Treasurer in the event of his absence or disability,
and no provision has heretofore been made by the Board therefor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOlVED that in the event of the
absence or disability of the Secretary-Treasurer, CHARLES CLARDY
is hereby authorized and empowered to perform the duties of the
Secretary-Treasurer, and to sign all documents and affix the seal
of the District thereto as Assistant Secretary-Treasurer.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted July 23, 1956
