HomeMy Public PortalAboutR0088INEFFECTIVE - SEE RESOLUTIONS 115 AND 121 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 88 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 83 the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District created Special Benefit Subdistrict No. 17 (Edna Avenue) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and declared the necessity of an improvement to be made in said Subdistrict, and WHEREAS, adequate notice of a public hearing in respect to said improvement in said subdistrict was given, and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held not less than ten or more than thirty days after the adoption of Resolution No. 83, to wit: At 8:00 P.M. on September 18th, 1956 at the Baden School, 8724 Halls Ferry Road at which time all persons interested in such improvement were given an opportunity to be heard: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that pursuant to the aforesaid hearing, it is hereby found and declared to be in the public interest that such improvement, consisting of the construction of storm sewers within Subdistrict No. 17 to adequately collect and dispose of storm water within said subdistrict, be made. The foregoing Resolution was adopted September 24th, 1956.
