HomeMy Public PortalAboutR0100REPEALED BY RESOLUTION NO. 241, - 4/30/59 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 100 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 94 the Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District created Special Benefit Subdistrict No. 21 (Lilac Drive) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and declared the necessity of an improvement to be made in said Subdistrict, and WHEREAS, adequate notice of a public hearing in respect to said improvement in said subdistrict was given, and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held not less than ten or more than thirty days after the adoption of Resolution No. 94, to wit: At 8:00 P.M. on November 8, 1956 at the Riverview Elementary School, 9860 Diamond Drive at which time all persons interested in such improvement were given an opportunity to be heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that pursuant to the aforesaid hearing, it is hereby found and declared to be in the public interest that such improvement, consisting of the construction of sewers within Subdistrict No. 21 to adequately collect and dispose of sewage within said subdistrict, be made. The foregoing Resolution was adopted November 26, 1956.
