NO. 59 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 106 WHEREAS, by Resolution 105 the Board of Trustees of the District have declared that it is necessary, in the interest of public health, to make an improvement in Subdistrict Number One of the River des Peres Watershed of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District consisting of a system of Trunk and Sub-Trunk Sanitary Sewers to be connected to an existing Sanitary Trunk Sewer of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, and such system of Trunk and Sub-Trunk Sanitary Sewers to be of sufficient size and capacity to provide adequate sanitary sewer service for the estimated ultimate population of Subdistrict Number One of the River des Peres Watershed of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District; and the estimated cost of such improvement is Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand ($750,000.00) Dollars to be derived from the sale of general obligation bonds, payable both principal and interest by and from an annual tax on all taxable tangible property within said subdistrict; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that notice of public hearing, as provided by Section 9.020 of the Plan, be given by publication in the St. Louis Globe-Democrat on January 21, 1957, and on January 28, 1957, and on February 4, 1957, and on February 11, 1957, newspaper published in the District, such notice to be in the following form: 2 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District will hold a public hearing at the Creve Coeur American Legion Hall on Olive Street Road at Ballas Road in St. Louis County, Missouri, on the 12th day of February, 1957, at 8:00 P.M. Central Standard Time, in respect to an improvement in Subdistrict Number One of the River des Peres Watershed of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. Such improvement to consist of a system of Trunk and Sub-Trunk Sanitary Sewers to be connected to an existing sanitary trunk sewer of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and such system of trunk and sub-trunk sanitary sewers to be of sufficient size and capacity to provide adequate sanitary sewer service for the estimated ultimate population of Subdistrict Number One of the River des Peres Watershed of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and the estimated cost of such improvement is Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand ($750,000.00) Dollars to be derived from the sale of general obligation bonds payable both principal and interest from the proceeds of a tax to be levied on all taxable tangible property in the Subdistrict. All persons interested in such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard. THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT John E.
