R E S O L U T I O N NO. 110
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 105 the Board of Trustees of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District declared the necessity
of an improvement to be made in Subdistrict Number One of the
River des Peres Watershed of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District (Creve Coeur-Frontenac area) and by Resolution No. 106
said Board directed the publication of notices of public hearing
to be held upon such improvement and said notices were published
in the St. Louis Globe Democrat on January 21, 1957 and on January
28, 1957 and on February 4, 1957 and on February 11, 1957, as more
fully appears by the affidavit of the publisher filed with the
District, and the public meeting was held pursuant thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that pursuant to the
aforesaid hearing, it is hereby found and declared to be in the
public interest that such improvement, consisting of a system of
Trunk and Sub-Trunk Sanitary Sewers to be connected to an existing
Sanitary Trunk Sewer of this District, be made.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted February 18, 1957.
