BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the entire purpose of Senate Bill No. 25 can be fully realized by proper amendment of the Bill, as introduced, to provide for exclusion therefrom of areas of the size and density of population of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. The foregoing Resolution adopted February 18, 1957
