WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 125 the Board of Trustees of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District created Special Benefit
Subdistrict No. 28 (Norwood Manor) of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District and declared the necessity of an improvement to be
made in said subdistrict, and
WHEREAS, adequate notice of a public hearing in respect
to said improvement in said subdistrict has been given, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held not less than ten or
more than thirty days after the adoption of Resolution No. 125 to
wit: At 8:00 P.M. on June 20, 1957 at Bermuda Elementary School,
Normandy, Missouri, at which time all persons interested in such
improvement were given an opportunity to be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that pursuant to the
aforesaid hearing, the Board of Trustees hereby finds and declares
it to be in the public interest that such improvement be made and
further determines to proceed with such improvement.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted July 1, 1957.
