Development Amendment General Plan for the construction of a Wind
Turbine with a height of 80 meters (or 262 feet) to the top of the tower and
a 369 foot in height wing span.
7. Public Hearing - Luetmer and Druk — Preliminary Plat to rearrange lot lines
between two parcels in the Rural Residential (RR) zoning district —
Located on Parkview Drive and west of School Lake (PID #16-118-23-23-
0006 & #16-118-23-23-0007).
8. Public Hearing - Ordinance Amendment - Chapter 8, Section 826 of the
City's Zoning Ordinance - Pertaining to regulations related to RR, Rural
Residential District.
