WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 85 the District created
Special Benefit Subdistrict No. 18 (Wilshire Terrace), and by
Resolution No. 86 the District created special Benefit Subdistrict
No. 19 (Central Avenue), and
WHEREAS, it was thereafter found necessary to change
the boundaries of said subdistricts and the District, by
Resolution No. 134, created Special Benefit Subdistrict No. 32, by
Resolution No. 135 created Special Benefit Subdistrict No. 33 and
by Resolution No. 136 created Special Benefit Subdistrict No. 34,
which subdistricts embrace all of the area within the boundaries
of Subdistricts Nos. 18 and 19, and
WHEREAS, the District thereafter, by Resolutions Nos.
138 and 139, repealed Resolutions Nos. 85 and 86, such repeal
having been made after the creation of Subdistricts Nos. 32, 33
and 34, and it is necessary to clarify the records as to such
Subdistricts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolutions No.
134, No. 135 and No. 136, creating Special Benefit Subdistricts
Nos. 32, 33 and 34, be and the same are hereby readopted by the
Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
The foregoing resolution was adopted August 26, 1957.
