WHEREAS, by Public Law 875 enacted by the Congress of
the United States certain funds are available for disaster
assistance and this District is within one of the areas in which
such disaster assistance is available.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT, that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to make
application to the Federal Civil Defense Administration for a
grant of money under and pursuant to Public Law 875.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted September 23, 1957.
