WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 145 the Board of Trustees of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District created Special Benefit
Subdistrict No. 38 (Lilian Avenue) of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District and declared the necessity of an improvement to be
made in said subdistrict, and
WHEREAS, adequate notice of a public hearing in respect
to said improvement in said subdistrict was given, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held not less than thirty
days after the adoption of Resolution No. 145 to wit: At 8:00
P.M. on Wednesday, October 16, 1957 at the home of Mr. and Mrs.
William Cuba, 11815 Lilian Avenue, Des Peres, Missouri, at which
time all persons interested in such improvement were given an
opportunity to be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that pursuant to the
foresaid hearing, the Board of Trustees hereby finds and declares
it to be in the public interest that such improvement be made and
further determines to proceed with such improvement.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted October 28, 1957.
