WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 142, readopted by Resolution
No. 146, September 30, 1957, the Board of Trustees of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District created Special Benefit
Subdistrict No. 36 (West Iveland Lateral) of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District and declared the necessity of an improvement
to be made in said subdistrict, and
WHEREAS, adequate notice of a public hearing in respect
to said improvement in said subdistrict was given, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held not less than ten or
more than thirty days after the readoption of Resolution No. 142
to wit: At 8:00 P.M. on October 13, 1957 at the Iveland School,
1836 Dyer, Overland, Missouri, at which time all persons
interested in such improvement were given an opportunity to be
heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that pursuant to the
aforesaid hearing, the Board of Trustees hereby finds and declares
it to be in the public interest that such improvement be made and
further determines to proceed with such improvement.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted October 28, 1957.
