WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees has proceeded from time
to time to establish special benefit assessment subdistricts for
the construction of adequate sewer facilities in a section of the
City of Webster Groves described generally as Wilshire Terrace and
Central, Reavis and Vira Avenues, where the public health is
endangered, and
WHEREAS, the Board has officially formed and reformed
the boundaries of various special benefit subdistricts within the
area by adopting, readopting or repealing Resolutions Numbers 85,
86, 134, 135, 136, 140, 166 and 167, of which Numbers 166 and 167
divided the area into two subdistricts and are the only ones not
repealed heretofore, and
WHEREAS, the most recent public hearing established the
possibility of reducing the improvement costs by again redividing
the area into three subdistricts instead of two,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolutions Nos.
166 and 167, creating Special Benefit Subdistricts Nos. 44 and 45
of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, be and the same
hereby are repealed.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted June 25, 1958.
