C. FYI 2 Budget Update
Hans Baumhauer,Business Manager,will review the FY12 monthly expense report.
D. FY12 Capital Plan
The Committee reviewed a draft of the FYI2 Capital Plan last year as part of our five-year plan.
at this meeting,the Committee will review priority projects for the November town meeting.
E. School Lunch Price Increase
Hans Baurnhauer,Business Manager,will update the Committee on the rationale behind
increasing the
school lunch price for staff and students by 25 cents.
F. Wellness Policy
Members of the Wellness Policy Subcommittee have reviewed the Health and Wellness Policy
and have made minimal changes in the language. Therefore,the Superintendent requests that you
rescind your previous vote of May 23,2011 and adopt the Wellness Policy as revised.
G. EnroUrrtent
The Principals will review the preliminary enrollment figures for school year 2011-12.
H. Green School Repair Project
The Superintendent and Business Manager will provide a status report on the Green Repair
Project. As requested,additional names for the Committee will be identified from Eastham,
Wcllflect,and Orleans.
I. MASC Conference
The Superintendent recommends that the Committee vote to appoint a delegate to the MASC
annual Meeting which is held during the MASC conference in November.
J. VISIONING EVENT
Chair Raboid will update the Committee on the visioning event scheduled for October.
