HomeMy Public PortalAboutR0200 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 200 WHEREAS, Harry C. Brockhoff has tendered his resignation from the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to the Mayor of the City of St. Louis, after two and one half years of service; and WHEREAS, this Board wishes to express its appreciation to Mr. Brockhoff for his services to the District as a member of this Board; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: The Board deeply regrets that the demands of Mr. Brockhoff's business preclude him from continuing to serve on the Board. During the years he served on the Board, he gave unstintingly of his time and energy to the affairs of the District. Mr. Brockhoff brought to the District an incisive knowledge of its problems and a comprehension of the difficulties with which the District was confronted; his vast experience as an Engineer proved extremely helpful in finding solutions to many perplexing situations. His judgment and approach and his tireless efforts to solve many complex problems have been an inspiration to the other members of the Board. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this expression of regret and of our thanks for a job well done be for forwarded to Mr. Brockhoff. The foregoing Resolution was adopted August 4, 1958.
