B. FY12 Budget Update
Hans Baumhauer, Business Manager,will review the monthly expense report. The Committee
will also discuss the capital items to be voted at Fall.Town Meeting,

C. FY13 thicket Process Timeline
The Superintendent will discuss the.FYI3 budget development process, format,content and
time.linc, including preliminary information for developing the FY13 budget.
in addition,Mr.Baumhauer will discuss engaging a firm,NESDEC,to conduct an enrollment
projection for Brewster Elementary Schools.
D. FY13 Capital Plan
The Superintendent will lead a discussion on the capital needs for FY I3.
E. Establish a Space Utilization Subcommittee
The Chair and the Superintendent recommend the establishment of a subcommittee to review
current and future space utilization in both schools.
F. gsfablish a Playground Subcommittee
The Chair recommends that the Committee establish a Playground.Subcommittee to assess the
needs of the playgrounds at both schools.
G. Green School R oae it Project
The Superintendent will provide a status report on the Green Repair Project.
H. MASC Confetence
The Superintendent recommends that the Committee vote on the MASC Resolutions,

Chair Rabold and Trish Hill,PTO President, will update the Committee on the successful
visioning event that was held.on October 14, 2011.
