WHEREAS, under Section 7.020 of the Plan of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District the Secretary-Treasurer is
charged with the duty of the safe keeping of the District bonds,
securities and records, and
WHEREAS, for the safe keeping of said bonds, securities
and records of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District there has
been shown a need for a safe deposit box,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that the Secretary-
Treasurer be and is hereby authorized and directed to rent a safe
deposit box in the name of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District at the Bank of St. Louis, St. Louis, Missouri, so long as
there is a need therefor, and either John E. Clark, Secretary-
Treasurer or Charles Clardy, Assistant Secretary-Treasurer, shall
have access to the safe deposit box on behalf of the District.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted August 11, 1958.
