PRESENT: BOB BRADLEY, ANNE HEIDEMAN, PENNY ELSENPETER, FRANK
MIGNONE AND DECKER VELIE. CAROLYN SMITH ARRIVED AT 7:40
P.M. ALSO PRESENT: PLANNING AND ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
LOREN KOHNEN AND PLANNING AND ZONING ASSISTANT SANDIE
LARSON
ABSENT: CHRIS CROSBY, SUSIE MACKAY AND BRUCE WORKMAN
Chairperson Penny Elsenpeter called the meeting to order at 7:33 p.m.
1. MINUTES OF JUNE 11, 1996
MOVED BY PENNY ELSENPETER AND SECONDED BY BOB BRADLEY TO
ACCEPT THE MINUTES AS PRESENTED.
MOTION PASSED.
2. THOMAS WOLFF/ANN RIEFF - 4624 BROOK STREET - SET -BACK
VARIANCES FOR DECK - 7:34 P.M.
Loren Kohnen read his memo to the planning commission and put up an overhead of
the site and explained the request.
Bob Bradley confirmed that the 15.5' variance at the rear had already been granted
when the house was built.
Decker Velie asked the applicants if they had talked to the neighbors.
Ann Rieff said that there is a privacy fence all across the back of their lot.
B. Bradley said that he is not against granting this request, but he does feel that the
shape of the lot is not a hardship, but a personal problem.
MOVED BY BOB BRADLEY AND SECONDED BY FRANK MIGNONE TO
RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF A 14.85' REAR YARD SETBACK VARIANCE AND A 8'
FRONT YARD SETBACK VARIANCE FOR THOMAS WOLFF AND ANN RIEFF AT
4624 BROOK STREET TO CONSTRUCT A DECK BASED ON THE FACT THE IT IS
SIMILAR TO VARIANCES GRANTED WHEN THE HOUSE WAS CONSTRUCTED.
MOTION PASSED.

3. JEFF AND BRENDA FISCHER - 822 HIGHWAY #55 - CONTINUED FROM
JUNE - 7:40 P.M.
This application has been withdrawn at the applicant's request.
MOVED BY FRANK MIGNONE AND SECONDED BY DECKER VELIE TO ADJOURN
MOTION PASSED.
