CANCELLATION OF OUTSTANDING CHECKS
WHEREAS, there are various outstanding checks that were
issued, charged to appropriate accounts, and have been
outstanding for more than one year, and
WHEREAS, The Chief Finance Officer is recommending that
these outstanding checks be cancelled.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the
Council'of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex,
that the Chief Finance Officer is authorized to cancel the
following list of old outstanding checks:
