WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees created Special Benefit
Subdistrict No. 62 (Reavis and Tesson Ferry Roads) for the
construction of storm sewers by adoption of Resolution No. 190 on
July 7, 1958, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to change the boundaries of
said subdistrict as a result of the public hearing held pursuant
to such resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 190,
as adopted July 7, 1958, be, and the same hereby is, repealed.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted March 26, 1959.
