R E S O L U T I O N NO. 239
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 181, adopted May 26, 1958,
the Board of Trustees created Special Benefit Subdistrict No. 55
of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, and
WHEREAS, a revision of engineering plans and of the
estimate of cost of the proposed sanitary sewer construction is
necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 181,
adopted May 26, 1958, be and the same is hereby repealed.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on April 9, 1959.
