WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees created Special Benefit
Subdistrict No. 21 (Lilac Drive) by adoption of Resolution No. 94
on October 22, 1956, and by adoption of Resolution No. 100 on
November 26, 1956 declared that it is in the public interest that
sewers be constructed in the area of such Subdistrict, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to subdivide such area into
two or more subdistricts and to submit new proposals for the
construction of sewers,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 94
as adopted October 22, 1956 and Resolution No. 100 as adopted
November 26, 1956 be, and the same hereby are, repealed.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted April 30, 1959.
