WHEREAS, by adoption on September 24, 1956 of
Resolutions 90, 91, and 92 the Board created Special Benefit
Subdistricts Numbers 14, 15, and 16, respectively, and by adoption
on November 5, 1956 of Resolutions 97, 98, and 99 the Board
declared that the construction of sewers within such subdistricts
is in the public interest, and
WHEREAS, investigation has shown the necessity of
revising the boundaries of such subdistricts,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that said Resolutions
Numbers 90, 91 and 92, and 97, 98 and 99 be and the same hereby
are repealed.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted July 2, 1959.
