WHEREAS, John E. Clark did file with The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District a $200,000 bond covering his position as
Secretary-Treasurer of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
which bond is numbered 39311-07-1499-56 and became effective
October 1, 1956, with United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company
as the surety, and
WHEREAS, Charles Clardy did file a $100,000 bond with
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District covering his position as
Assistant Secretary-Treasurer of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, which bond is numbered 39311-07-1378-56 and became
effective on October 1, 1956, with United States Fidelity and
Guaranty Company as the surety,
WHEREAS, effective October 1, 1959, John E. Clark did
file a new bond with other surety to replace this bond with United
States Fidelity and Guaranty Company as the surety and Charles
Clardy did file a new bond effective October 1, 1959 with new
surety to replace his bond with United States Fidelity and
Guaranty Company, as surety,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees
of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District that the $200,000
bond of United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company numbered
39311-07-1499-56 effective October 1, 1956 on behalf of John E.
Clark in favor of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District be
canceled effective October 1, 1959.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the $100,000 bond of
United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company numbered 39311-07-
1378-56 effective October 1, 1956 on behalf of Charles Clardy in
favor of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District be canceled
effective October 1, 1959. The foregoing Resolution was passed October 22, 1959.
