Home My Public Portal AboutR0276 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 276 WHEREAS the Board of Trustees, by Resolution No. 65, has adopted the recommendations of the Executive Director relating to the stormwater policy of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, and WHEREAS, the Executive Director has prepared and submitted to the Board additional requirements for stormwater channels which should be adopted by the District, and the Board has examined said requirements and found them to be proper for the purpose, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the stormwater policy which was adopted by the District by Resolution No. 65 be amended by adopting the requirements for stormwater channels attached hereto and made a part hereof as a part of the stormwater policy of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that these additional requirements for stormwater channels shall be effective as a part of the stormwater policy of the District effective January 1, 1960. The foregoing Resolution was adopted December 17, 1959.
