WHEREAS, a public sewer now in operation lies in a ten
foot wide sewer easement across Lot 8 of Warwick Addition No. 2, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewer lies
has requested permission to continue to encroach into said
easement strip, and examination of such building shows that it
will not damage the existing sewer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license
the aforesaid encroachment on said easement strip, provided that
the right of the District to use the easement strip is preserved,
and under suitable indemnity provisions.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on May 17, 1960.
