Home My Public Portal AboutR0303 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 303 WHEREAS, a sanitary sewer now in operation extends across Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Highway "40" Addition, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, and WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewer lies has requested permission to construct a building over said sewer, and examination of the plans and specifications of such proposed building shows that it would not damage the existing sewer, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license the aforesaid encroachment on said sanitary sewer, provided that the right of the District to use the sanitary sewer is preserved, and under suitable indemnity provisions. The foregoing Resolution was adopted May 17, 1960.
