WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 386, adopted April 27, 1960,
the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
created Subdistrict No. 103 (Lilac South) and by Resolution No.
300, adopted May 17, 1960, declared the necessity of an
improvement to be made in said subdistrict to be paid for by
special tax bills or other evidence of special benefit assessments
to be levied ratably by area on land benefitted, and
WHEREAS, adequate notice of a public hearing in respect
to said improvement in said subdistrict was given, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held not less than ten
nor more than thirty days after the adoption of Resolution No.
300, to wit: On Tuesday, June 7, 1960, at 8:00 p.m. at the
Riverview Elementary School, 9860 Diamond Drive, St. Louis County,
Missouri, at which hearing all persons interested in such
improvement were given an opportunity to be heard,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that the Board of
Trustees hereby finds and determines that it is in the public
interest that such improvement be made and further determines to
proceed with such improvement.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on June 16, 1960.
