HomeMy Public PortalAboutR0320 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 320 WHEREAS BY RESOLUTION NO. 319 the Board of Trustees of the District have declared that it is necessary in the interest of public health to make an improvement in the Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District consisting of a sanitary trunk sewer system connected in the northern terminus of an existing sewer approximately 2,200 feet south of Natural Bridge Avenue, then extending northwardly therefrom down Coldwater Creek Valley to a point near the intersection of Coldwater Creek and Old Halls Ferry Road at which point a sanitary treatment facility will be constructed, as a part of said improvement, said sanitary trunk sewer system and treatment plant to be of sufficient size and capacity to adequately take care of the estimated ultimate population of the Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict; and the estimated cost of such improvement is Ten Million Nine Hundred Eighty Six Thousand Dollars ($10,986,000.00), to be derived from the sale of revenue bonds payable solely from the revenues to be derived from the operation of such sewerage facilities. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that notice of public hearing, as provided in Section 9.020 of the Plan be given by publication in the St. Louis Post Dispatch, and the St. Louis Globe Democrat, July 15, 1960, newspapers published in the District, such notice to be in the following form: 2 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District will hold a public hearing at McCluer Junior High School, 1890 South Florissant Road, Florissant, Missouri, on Monday, July 25, 1960 at 8:00 o'clock P.M., in respect to an improvement in the Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District; such improvement to consist of a sanitary trunk sewer system connected in the northern terminus of an existing sewer approximately 2,200 feet south of Natural Bridge Avenue, then extending northwardly therefrom down Coldwater Creek Valley to a point near the intersection of Coldwater Creek and Old Halls Ferry Road at which point a sanitary treatment facility will be constructed, as a part of said improvement, said sanitary trunk sewer system and treatment plant to be of sufficient size and capacity to adequately take care of the estimated ultimate population of the Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict; and the estimated cost of such improvement is Ten Million Nine Hundred Eighty Six Thousand Dollars ($10,986,000.00), to be derived from the sale of revenue bonds payable solely from the revenues to be derived from the operation of such sewerage facilities.
