HomeMy Public PortalAboutR0330 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 330 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 319, the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District declared the necessity of an improvement to be made in the Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and by Resolution No. 320 said Board directed the publication of notice of public hearing to be held upon such improvement and said notices were published in the St. Louis Post Dispatch and the St. Louis Globe Democrat, newspapers published in the District, on July 15, 1960, as more fully appears by the affidavits of the respective publishers filed with the District, and the public hearing was held pursuant thereto; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that pursuant to the aforesaid hearing, it is hereby found and declared to be in the public interest that such improvement, consisting of a sanitary trunk sewer system connected in the northern terminus of an existing sewer approximately 2,200 feet south of Natural Bridge Avenue, then extending northwardly therefrom down the Coldwater Creek Valley to a point near the intersection of Coldwater Creek and Old Halls Ferry Road, at which point a sanitary treatment facility will be constructed, as a part of such improvement, be made. The foregoing Resolution was adopted on July 28, 1960.
