WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 345, the Board of Trustees
of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District declared the
necessity of the purchase of a privately owned sanitary sewer
system in the area known as Benefit Subdistrict No. 111
(Marlborough) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and by
Resolution No. 346 said Board directed the publication of notice
of public hearing to be held upon such purchase and said notices
were published in the St. Louis Post Dispatch and the St Louis
Globe Democrat, newspapers published in the District, on October
10, 1960, as more fully appears by the affidavits of the
respective publishers filed with the District, and the public
meeting was held pursuant thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that pursuant to the
aforesaid hearing, it is hereby found and declared to be in the
public interest than such purchase, consisting of a trunk, sub-
trunk and lateral sanitary sewers and appurtenances within the
area known as Benefit Subdistrict No. 111, (Marlborough) of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, be made.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted October 27, 1960.
