WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 367 adopted January 5, 1961,
a public hearing was ordered held within Subdistrict No. 110
(Pattonville); and
WHEREAS, notice of public hearing on said Subdistrict
was given by publication in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch on January
20, 1961, stating the hearing would be held at 8:00 P. M. on
Thursday, February 2, 1961 at the Pattonville High school, 11055
St. Charles Rock Road, St. Ann, Missouri; and
WHEREAS, due to a serious snowstorm this hearing was
cancelled;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No.
367, adopted January 5, 1961 be and the same is hereby repealed.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted February 9, 1961.
