HomeMy Public PortalAboutR0407 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 407 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 393, the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District declared the necessity of an improvement to be made in Subdistrict No. Seven of the River des Peres Watershed (Wellston Area) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and by Resolution No. 400 said Board directed the publication of notice of public hearing to be held upon such improvement and said notices were published in the St. Louis Post Dispatch and the St. Louis Globe Democrat, newspapers published in the District, on June 2, 1961, as more fully appears by the affidavits of the respective publishers filed with the District, and the public meeting was held pursuant thereto; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that pursuant to the aforesaid hearing, it is hereby found and declared to be in the public interest that such improvement, consisting of a sanitary trunk sewer system extending from the northern terminus of an existing trunk sewer of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District near the intersection of Skinker Boulevard and Olive Street Road, then extending northwardly therefrom up the River des Peres valley to a point near Marillac Seminary, be made. The foregoing Resolution was adopted June 15, 1961.
