AMENDING RESOLUTION #96-298, AUTHORIZING THE
PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE FOR PUBLIC BIDS
20 MOBILE HOME HEATING UNITS
WHEREAS, Resolution #96-298 authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise for
public bids for fi~een (15) Mobile Home Heating Units shall be amended to twenty
(20) Mobile Home Heating Units;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that Resolution tt96-298 is hereby amended to twenty (20)
Mobile Home Heating Units.
Adopted this 19th day of December, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the original
on December 20, 1996.
