A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY.OF
LYNV1/OOD AUTHORIZING STAFF TO SOLICIT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
FOR REAL ESTATE AND FINANCIAL SERVICES FOR REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the City's purchasing ordinance requires a .forma! RFP
process for contracts over $15,000; and
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency adheres to ordinances adopted
and enforced by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency will solicit a Request for
Proposals for professional Real Estate and Financial Services Consultant to
assist in Redevelopment Projects.
NOW THEREFORE, THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood
authorizes staff to issue a Request for Proposals for professional Real Estate
and Financial Services in connection with Redevelopment Projects.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
adoption.
