WHEREAS, a public sewer now in operation lies in an
easement 25 feet wide in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri, in Block
33 of the Town of Kirkwood, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewer lies
has requested permission to construct a loading dock located in
said easement strip and over said sewer, and examination of the
plans and specifications of such loading dock shows that it would
not damage the existing sewer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license
the aforesaid encroachment on said easement strip, provided that
the right of the District to use the easement strip is preserved,
and under suitable indemnity provisions.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on February 19, 1962.
