WHEREAS, a public sewer now in operation lies in an
easement 30 feet wide in property known as Breckenridge Industrial
Court in Part of Lot 1, Louis Bompart Estate Partition, in the
City of Webster Groves, Mo., and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewer lies
has requested permission to construct buildings located in said
easement strip and over said sewers and examination of the plans
and specifications of such buildings shows that they would not
damage the existing sewer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE RESOLVED that the Executive Director
be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license the
aforesaid encroachment on said easement strip, provided that the
right of the District to use the easement strip is preserved, and
under suitable indemnity provisions.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted April 23, 1962.
