Catoctin Circle Will Be Closed Between Dry Mill Road and
Rosemeade Place from August 19 through August 21, 2013
Temporary road closure necessary to replace culvert at the W&OD Trail
Leesburg, VA (August 5, 2013) – The Town of
Leesburg Public Works Department will replace
a storm drainage pipe that runs under Catoctin
Circle SW, just north of the W&OD Trail, during
the week of August 19, 2013. The work is
expected to take five days.
From Monday, August 19, through Wednesday,
August 21, the road will be closed to all traffic,
days and nights, between Dry Mill Road SW
and Rosemeade Place SW. Detour signs will be
in place to direct traffic to alternate routes.
From Thursday, August 22, through Friday,
August 23, traffic will be reduced to a single
lane on Catoctin Circle SW between Dry Mill
Road SW and Rosemeade Place SW. Flag crews will control and direct traffic. Drivers are
advised to expect minor delays.
Construction work will take place each day between 7:00am and 5:00pm. In the event of
inclement weather or mechanical breakdown, the construction schedule could be extended.
