WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District wish to clarify and declare the policy of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District of performing services on
private property of any trustee or employee of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that it is hereby
declared the policy of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
that no labor or materials of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District will be used on any private property of any trustee or
employee of the District. Even though this type of work is
sometimes accomplished in emergencies for others, the Board of
Trustees feel that in order to avoid any misunderstanding, and so
that no questions will be raised, this policy is hereby adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution
shall be distributed to each department head of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District, and posted on all of its bulletin
boards.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted June 20, 1963.
