WHEREAS, the District holds in the Improvement Fund
certain monies of the former Webster Groves Sanitary Sewer
District which monies have been appropriated, and
WHEREAS, the Executive Director reports that certain
improvements of the sanitary sewer in the area of the former
Webster Groves Sanitary Sewer District are needed, and are
estimated to cost Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that the construction
of improvements in the City of Webster Groves is necessary in the
interest of the public health; that such improvement is estimated
to cost Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00); and that the entire
cost as finally determined shall be paid from the Improvement Fund
and charged to the appropriation therefrom for use in the area of
the former Webster Groves Sanitary Sewer District.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted December 19, 1963.
