WHEREAS, the District holds in the Improvement Fund
certain monies in Account No. 2-3443 which monies have been
appropriated, and
WHEREAS, the Executive Director reports that a portion
of a relief sanitary sewer was constructed in conjunction with the
Watson Woods Subdistrict No. 169, and that this relief was needed
and was in the area for which Account No. 2-3443 serves,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that the construction
of a portion of the relief sanitary sewer built in conjunction
with the Watson Woods Subdistrict No. 169 was necessary and is in
the public interest, and that such improvement cost Eight Thousand
Seven Hundred Dollars ($8,700.00), and that this cost shall be
paid out of the Improvement Fund, Account No. 2-3443.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted December 19, 1963.
