WHEREAS, public sewers now in operation lie in an
easement fifteen (15) feet wide and an easement ten (10) feet wide
in the eastern portion of Lot 3, Block 4 of Plat No. 2 of
Lamberton Commercial Industrial Center,, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 106, Page 45 of the St. Louis County
Records; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewers lie
has requested permission to permit the encroachment of a building
across said easements, and examination and survey of such sewers
and of such building show that it will not damage the existing
sewers;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license
the aforesaid encroachment on said easements, provided that the
right of the District to use the easements are preserved, and
under suitable indemnity provisions.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted February 20, 1964.
